- Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the Company’s customer service team within 12 hours of receiving delivery of the item. The reasons for example could be an incorrect item was shipped, or the product has gone bad. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including photographs) to help the Company take a decision.
- In case of receipt of damaged product, the User shall report the same to our Customer Service team within 12 hours of receipt of the shipment. The User shall provide adequate information (including photographs) for the Company to take it up with the Courier Company.
- For product replacements, the user will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer.
- If the order is custom-designed with corporate branding, the replaced product may or may not have the same corporate branding.
- Cancellation requests will also not be approved for products that are displayed/made for a special occasions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- Cancellation is not accepted once the product is send for order processing, as the product is custom curated and designed as per the corporate order.
- Warranty of the product will be as per the brand warranty policies, confirm the warranty policies at the time of placing the orders.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thebrandlookbook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
